Shipping
After verifying your payment, most orders ship within one business day. We do our best to ship any order placed Monday through Friday before 12 p.m. PST that same day. Updating your shipment from ground transportation only speeds up the shipping portion of your order. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Colombia, Barranquilla. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Free shipping is available only for orders over $ 75 to a Colombian address. You must select this option at checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN COLOMBIA
All returned items must be in new and unworn condition with original packaging. We issue refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you want to exchange an item, you will need to return it for a full refund and place a new order for replacement.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Import duties and taxes are collected and paid at the time of payment. All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
