Guarantees
WARRANTY LIMITS
We pride ourselves on the products we manufacture and we guarantee to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all FERRIERI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials during the applicable warranty period, subject to the following conditions.
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
You must have purchased the product from an authorized FERRIERI dealer or on the website
You must provide proof of the purchase date.
You must return the product to FERRIERI.
You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
If a defect occurs as a result of the intended use of the Product in accordance with the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. It will void your warranty if you try to fix the hat yourself by any kind of cutting, folding, sewing, gluing or any other form of deconstruction.
WARRANTY PERIOD – 6 MONTHS WITHIN COLOMBIA.
We will make every effort to replace discontinued or limited edition products, but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product that is still under your applicable warranty and cannot be replaced by an identical product will be replaced by the equivalent model based on availability.
We may make changes to products and designs at the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
FERRIERI DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
There are no express guarantees apart from the guarantee established in this document. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTURE, OR ANY THEORY OF STRICT LIABILITY, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
The guarantee is only available in Colombia. No reseller, agent or employee of FERRIERI is authorized to make modifications, extensions or additions to this guarantee.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting Customer Service. A member of the FERRIERI family of our warranty team will respond within 2 business days of the review of your request.
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be provided with a Return Material Authorization number (#) and a prepaid shipping label. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records. Products must be returned directly to FERRIERI in suitable cardboard packaging. A copy of the original purchase receipt and the product number must be included.
